In April this year, I had the honour of photographing a beautiful, intimate civil ceremony at the Chelsea Town Hall in central London for a beautiful couple J & J.

A few weeks before the ceremony, I met J & J over a video call, for us three to get to know each other, and for me to get a really clear idea of how they envisioned their civil ceremony photography. We discussed timelines, what their must-have photos are, and any particular details they'd love to have represented in the final gallery. Whether I'm planning a wedding, engagement or civil ceremony shoot, this conversation is incredibly helpful for both of us, as it helps me get a clear understanding of how to create the gallery of my couple's dreams.


The result is a gallery full of candid moments, portraits beautifully showing the love between these two, and thoughtfully captured details. J & J were so loving, and so wonderful to work with!
